    Disorganization of motor function in two extremities for ≥3 months post-injury.

    In plain terms: After a traumatic brain injury, do you have severe motor problems in two limbs that have lasted at least 3 months?

    Marked limitation in physical AND one mental area, lasting ≥3 months post-injury.

    In plain terms: After the TBI, have you had significant problems with both physical functioning and mental functioning — memory, attention, or mood — lasting at least 3 months?
