What this site collects, where it goes, and what it never does with it.

The email-updates form collects your email address, the page you submitted it from, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address. The hash exists to rate-limit the form at five submissions per hour per address; it is not reversible and we do not use it to profile you. If our analytics has assigned your browser an anonymous id, we store that alongside the row so the subscription can be matched to the anonymous event stream.

The free case-review form is the one that matters, and it is the only place we ask for your name. It collects your name, your phone number and email address, the case context the page already had — state, condition category, the condition you typed, age band, claim stage — your answers to the short follow-up questions, and the exact consent language you agreed to, stored verbatim with its version so there is a record of what you were shown. It also stores a first-party snapshot of the visit:

• the page you landed on and the referrer that brought you
• utm, gclid and fbclid parameters, if the link that brought you carried any
• how many times you have visited and when you first did
• device class, viewport size, browser language and time zone
• the anonymous analytics id for your browser

Nothing on this site asks for a Social Security number, a date of birth, a government ID, medical records, or any payment information. There are no fields for them.

Both forms write to our database, hosted on Supabase. Email subscriptions may also be synced to Resend, the provider we use to send email. Both act as processors for us: we control what is sent, and neither is authorized to sell or share it.

The case-review form exists to connect you with a disability attorney or advocate, and the consent box you check says so in as many words. If you submit it, your contact details and your case context are shared with one or more attorneys or advocates in our network so they can contact you — including by phone, autodialer, prerecorded voice and SMS, as that consent describes. You can reply STOP at any time. If you do not want that, do not submit that form: every other tool on this site works without it.

After a case-review submission we also attach your email address to your analytics profile, so the anonymous events already recorded for that browser stop being anonymous to us.

We use one analytics tool, PostHog, and no other. It records page views, page-leaves, and a small number of product events — for example, that an estimate was completed, with the stage, condition category and state that produced it. Those events carry no name, phone number or email unless you have submitted the case-review form, which attaches your email as described above.

We run no advertising on this site. There are no ad-network tags, no retargeting pixels, and no third-party social pixels to ride along — a grep of the source and the dependency list returns none.

Our analytics provider sets its own storage to keep an anonymous id for your browser. Beyond that the site keeps three small values in your browser and nothing else: a count of your visits, the date you first visited, and a flag recording that you dismissed the bar at the bottom of the page. We set no advertising cookies and nothing that follows you to other sites.

There is no account to create and nothing to log in to on the claimant side of this site, so there is no session or password to store.

Email hello@aissdi.com from the address you used and we will send you a copy of what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. A person handles it by hand; there is no portal. We will respond within thirty days. If you live in California, the EEA, the UK, or anywhere else with statutory data-subject rights, those rights apply here — same address, same person.

We do not sell the email-updates list, syndicate it to lead buyers, or hand it to legal-marketing firms. The sharing described in § III is limited to the case-review form, is disclosed on that form before you submit it, and does not happen otherwise.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you are a minor, ask an adult to reach out on your behalf.
